Chai Golden Milk Tea Recipe

Golden Turmeric Milk Chai Latte

This golden chai latte is very easy to make, the ingredients ginger and turmeric are known for supporting digestive and liver health along with a wealth of other benefits, along with Cinnamon and Almond and Coconut Milk. This recipe uses our Thai Chai but you can substitute for White Chai.

 

Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1
Serving size: 1 cup

Ingredients:

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon of thai chai (in a tea filter)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon maple syrup, to sweeten

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer (being careful not to boil over) for 10 minutes.
Remove the tea bag/ball and pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy!
